Living on The Beaches, Lot#84

Well kiddies, it finally happened. We got our lender situation all under control and have picked our lot. With a bigger surprise, it will be done in April. We thought it wouldn't be done till maybe June-ish.

Last night we picked our lot, roof elevation, carpet, padding, ceiling fans, kitchen and bathroom flooring and got down to 4 counter top choices, we will make the final decision next Saturday. It's all very nail bitting, trust me. We'll also pick our stucco and roof tile then too.
