Being Switzerland

So I finally got to play the Switzerland map online in the 3rd installment of Ticket To Ride. I have no idea how the switch/passenger cards work. I did learn this is not the high scoring game I'm used to. I round out in the 200's no problem in the US & Europe maps but this one, well, I ended the game with a 75. For those of you that know T2R, you think, "wow loser." However, the 1st place score was 78, so not too bad for my first time out. Talk about a lot of head scratching, sheesh.
