The non-functioning microwave in the Staff Lounge will be laid to rest on Wednesday, October 19th. It was a good microwave and unfortunately passed away sometime in the late 20th century. The reasons why the microwave came to spend its remaining days at Arvin High School will be chronicled in the forthcoming book: My Life with Hank: The Story Of The Microwave That Could and The Rat That Came To Die Inside It, available at at Borders near you, and the maloFILMS© documentary: Hank.
Services will be held fifth period.

I received this in my inbox today, I felt it must be shared with the rest of the world. A good lesson, we should all appreciate our appliances in such a deep way.
